Facebook Pixel & Server Side Tracking

How do I fix the facebook pixel/conversion api (Server Side Tracking) issue so that facebook can track properly and optimize? I’ve noticed that when I clear the WP Fastest Cache facebook loses optimization for matching ( IP Address, Browser ID (fbp), Click ID (fbc) and throws the optimization for ads off increasing facebook cpms? I would still like to use the wp fastest cache plugin instead of disabling it? What settings can i set so it doesn’t affect server side tracking/pixel data? Do i exclude all landing pages and not clear cache at all? Please help.
