Facebook Pixel Setup stuck

    I am getting the error message “Cannot save on facebook account because of something gone wrong during facebook connection.”
    Fine, I clicked the x to try to install manually. Nothing happens. The instructions read: “Great, You’re using Facebook Connect to manage your Pixel. To change the pixel being used click “Edit” on the bottom right of the next box!”
    Well, there is no “edit” anywhere on this page.
    I am using WP 4.9.6 running the DIVE theme (which said was compatible) and Pixel Caffeine 2.0.4 in Firefox. ALL other plugins are disabled. I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin after clearing the cache and cookies and history. Still no go. The Log only states the same:
