Facebook Plugin doesn’t sync

    Hello, on our site we have installed Woocommerce and the official Facebook add-on to generate the product feed. Pixel however does not see the Woocommerce Product Catalog ID and therefore does not load the products.
    We contacted Facebook assistance but were told to contact Woocommerce because it’s not a Facebook problem.

    Wordpress: 4.9.10
    Woocommerce: 3.5.4
    Facebook: 1.9.12

    First, I would take down that video. You are allowing people to see your API Key and account information and thus allowing someone to grab information.

    Second, I didn’t see a catalog I saw numerous other things but didn’t see a catalog.

    Lastly, that plugin is a pain and constantly throws glitches. I know it sucks but I advise making sure you add a catalog manually. I went thru this and it was a pain.

    This plugin is developed by a 3rd party thru WooCommerce but not by WC and I’m shocked it is even still being used it is so bad.

    First, I would take down that video. You are allowing people to see your API Key and account information and thus allowing someone to grab information.

    Fixed. Still delete that video if you can and consider changing your API key.

    Hey there @faboulous – we’ve passed your thoughts on to Facebook. However, as this is the forum for the WooCommerce core plugin, we don’t have any options for supporting the Facebook plugin.

    As Facebook has developed this plugin themselves, they also handle the support for it.
