Facebook Post error – Nothing found for ?p=7601

Whenever I try to post to Facebook through the Social plugin, it gives me the error:
Nothing found for ?p=7601
With the post numbers being different of course.
http://www.facebook.com/BehindTheThemesIs there a way to sort this for further posts?
