Hi @davetavres,
Sorry that you ran into issues here!
Can you tell me a bit more?
– What version of WP are you running here?
– What exact version of AWPCP? (number, please)
– Have you tried a conflict test to rule that out? Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with AWPCP, which may help pinpoint the issue: http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/how-to-test-for-plugintheme-conflicts/
– Can you show me a screenshot of what you see specifically?
Please let me know.
Thanks so much for replying! Sorry I missed the notification last week π
– WP version – latest (“Version 4.9.5”)
– AWPCP – “Version 3.8.4”
– Conflict testing
– – I just flipped to the Twenty Seventeen theme, went to an incognito browser so there’s no cache/cookies/etc., and still got the same generic FB share.
– – I disabled 9 of 11 plugins (I left AWPCP and Updraft Backup enabled), went to an incognito browser so there’s no cache/cookies/etc., and still got the same generic FB share.
You can click on any ad (https://marketplace.deloreandirectory.com/delorean-directory-marketplace/show-ad/3/) and hit the FB “Share” button and see it for yourself. It just says “Show Ad”.

Hi @davetavres,
I think maybe taking this discussion offline would help solve it faster.
Contact us here with a link to the forum thread: http://awpcp.com/contact/
π
I just sent email.
For others – once they figure out the issue, I’ll post the solution here π

Hi Dave,
Thanks for contacting me here with this information.
I have seen this happen one other time in the plugin, and it was a conflict with another plugin. Can you please try a conflict test and let me know what you find? Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with AWPCP, which may help pinpoint the issue: http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/how-to-test-for-plugintheme-conflicts/
Please let me know.

Seriously? You obviously did not read the original post. I already did a conflict test. All the details are there.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR REPLY.

Hi Dave,
I apologize for missing that. I’ll need to have a developer take a look here. We need the following information to debug the issue:
– WP admin username
– WP admin password
– WP login URL

Please let me know.

What?
This is a production site – I’m not giving you access to the server.
What would you like to know?
Hi Dave,
As we’re already handling this request through email, there’s no need to post in the thread here. Just trying to avoid confusion.
I (and everyone else) would prefer that you post the help and solutions here – so that others who have the same problem can see the answer.
