Facebook share count does not display

    The Grow share count for Facebook stopped displaying over the past few weeks. I refreshed the share count via the plugin settings. And the Grown Facebook API is authorized thru Dec 25th. Is there some bug or other reason this isn’t working that you know of?

    Hey @richards1052,

    Thanks so much for reaching out to us about this! I took a quick look at your site this morning and it looks like you’re on the Pro version of the plugin.

    Over the last couple of weeks there was an issue between Grow Social Pro and Facebook where our engineers needed to reach out to Facebook to resolve the issue. It looks like this morning that issue was resolved so share counts should be pulling in again.

    Hey @kjmecklenfeld,

    Sorry for the delay there, would you be able to send over an example URL of the page you’re having issues with for share counts?

    Additionally, are you on the base or Pro version of the plugin?

    @mediavine Yes the FB share counts have resumed displaying. Thanks again.
