    Dear Plugin/Theme & Core Developers

    Facebook may do a lot wrong, but one thing they do right is comments.

    • List 3 or 5 most recent comments on each post on the homepage
    • Link for “See More Comments”
    • Ajax comment submission and feedback for errors/pending moderation
    • The like button
    • Simple auto-expanding form with placeholder text
    • Auto-expanding

      • text box

    Facebook did the hard work of teaching the world how it should work. Let’s reap the benefits and give users a great interface that they already expect 🙂

    For bonus points a time based auto-update system that loads new posts, comments and widget data would be pretty stellar.

    And before someone says P2, we’re looking for something that works, that’s not always breaking and a model that is easy to apply to our own themes 😉
