Facebook Thumbnail

Hello experts,

I have social network sharing buttons on my posts but when someone shares to Facebook, the only thumbnail available is that default Gravatar thing. I then installed a plugin to associate a thumbnail picture with each post and after that… still the only thumbnail available on Facebook is that “G” thing. How can I fix this?
