Facebook Thumbnails

Hello,

I moved my blog from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn. I have a facebook page for my blog too. When I post I also post the link on the facebook page. When I was using .com the thumbnails for the post (the picture in my post) would show up on the Facebook post. Now that I am on .org they no longer show up. When I make a blog post I reference the picture via URL. Is this why it is not showing up on FB?

I have searched the forums and the related threads seem very old and some have even gone unanswered. Do I need to host the image myself? Plugin? Tweak settings? My site is dubatomicmusic.com
