Once your shop is connected to Facebook, your products will sync to your Facebook catalog periodically and when products are updated within your WooCommerce store.
Are your products showing up within the catalog you have selected for the product sync? If not, would you please force a resync using the “Sync Products” button on the WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync page and see if that does the trick?
