    Every time I try to sync the Facebook plugin to Woocommerce, it goes through all the stages until I reach this page

    Measure the results of actions taken on your website

    Where I then click DONE and it then throws an error saying…

    Something went wrong when connecting to facebook!

    Could not create a new System User

    Please can you advise why and help, as we would love to use the Facebook plugin with our Woocommerce

    Hi @bpettifer , thanks for reaching out!

    Can you try the following:

    • Temporarily disable all caching plugins and clear the cache
    • Delete the plugin
    • Remove the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools
    • Reinstall and reconnect the plugin

    Please make sure you are already logged in as the user with all of the necessary permissions to the Business assets before trying to connect to the page.

    Hi @bpettifer – just wanted to follow up and check if you are still experiencing this issue?

    If so, please temporarily disable all caching plugins and clear the cache, then delete the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and remove its integration from your Business Tools. Finally, reinstall and reconnect the plugin.
