facebook/linkedin buttons not displaying

    plugin version 1.0.6

    facebook/linkedin buttons not displaying. other buttons work fine. if i tick only those two buttons and disable everything else they still don’t display.

    if i inspect the element there is a DIV for the button but seems to be missing the inner DIV with class=”box” that the other icons have.

    Hi, Jaysum!

    Do you see any errors in your browser console on the pages where the buttons fail to render?

    Are you able to link to a page that displays this issue? I’d be happy to take a closer look.

    Just to add that another community member has discovered that the latest version of Firefox prevents the LinkedIn and Facebook buttons from appearing if you’re using a private browser window.

    This relates to the new Tracking Protection feature that Firefox added in version 42.0: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox/Privacy/Tracking_Protection

    This should only affect visitors who use a private browser window in Firefox or other browser extensions that block third-party scripts, but I’ll be sure to report this to our development team in case there’s a workaround we can offer.
