The top 3 opportunities involve your hosting server and setting up a proper image optimization plugin. Check with your hosting provider to verify on server response time. You can look into installing an image optimization plugin like are plugin Smush to help you with image performance.
As for secondary opportunities(in yellow), check out using our Asset Optimization feature from Hummingbird to defer the CSS and JS assets mentioned in opportunity. To do this, go to Hummingbird > Asset Optimization > Manual > and search for CSS assets.
Switch to the “Inline CSS” option to inline the styles which are critical for first paint of your page on the CSS assets mentioned in page insights report. Combine as many of the non-critical styles as you can, compress them and then move them to the footer.
Move critical JS assets to the footer and defer the non-critical scripts using the option “Force load this file after the page has loaded”
