Facing constant redirect issues

Actually for odd reason every link on my entire website (yes thats right – each and every link) keeps redirecting me to my recently created edit-profile page. It’s got to a point where its become highly frustrating. You can browse the website yourself to check this error. It’s confirmed the error is from profile builder plugin because whenever i deactivate this plugin then the error resolves but if i turn it back on it once again starts to mess things up.

Please help. What could i be missing? In the plugin settings i’ve checked each and everything including disabling redirects a altogether and reseting settings but i cannot determine the wrong. i have even checked htaccess file. Believe me ive tried all types of troubleshooting bt the problem is with the profile builder plugin itself. Please help me resolve this.
