Facing database error in live site

Your problem happens, because something was set up wrongly at your server with the database, or if you just moved your website, you moved the database badly. Our primary keys have “auto increment” values, which means that they cannot have 0 as their value and they couldn’t have duplicated values either. So in your case “auto increment” is missing from your database. Do you have sliders, what you don’t want to lose? I’m not sure if you are able to save all of them, if your database has bigger issues, but what I suggest is this:
1. Export the sliders you want to save:

2. Within your server’s database, delete our tables:

3. Press the Analyze & Repair button:

This will recreate your database tables.
4. Import your sliders back:

and turn on the “Restore slider” on-off during this process. That way your slider’s IDs will stay, so you wouldn’t have to publish the sliders again.

If you would still see an issue after this, you should contact your server host and ask them why “auto increment” is not working in your database.
