Facing issue on updating [Calculated Fields Form] on my website https://floridadocumentimaging.com/pricing/ i added a form id [CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS id=”1″]

but after updating my Calculator wasn’t showing on my page and also on Form rebuild / form list

Kindly Help

I checked your form structure it is trying to load a control that is not part of the plugin (AjaxButton). It appears that you have been using a customized version of the plugin.
