Facing issue with order messages

Thanks for using our plugin!

I’m using your plugin which is awesome, I have only faced one issue regarding Order Messages which is not showing in my admin panel but showing to the customer end. Can you please help me with this?

->>You can find these order messages in the WooCommerce > order section from the admin backend.

Also a little request please guide me about basic email config because it’s sending mail to the customer when proceeding for a refund but it doesn’t have any subject line and content

->> You can add the subject in the refund-exchange lite>Mail configuration setting> refund setting > there you can enter the subject for refund request.

Let me tell you that for which order the customer writes the order message you can go to the same order edit page, there you will get all the order-related messages.
