Do you have any ad-blocker installed? If yes, can you try disabling them?
If that doesn’t fix the issue, can you tell me what browser are you using?
If it is Firefox, you may need to disable its ‘Enhanced Tracking Protection’ feature for your site. It can be disabled by clicking on the shield icon to the left of the URL and clicking on the toggle.
