    1. How do I set category menu in desktop mode to show full width?
    2. Why is the last category of the menu not showing in separate row? how to correct it?
    3. In mobile menu, when menu is clicked a black hamburger switch drops down which needs to be clicked for the menu to open. can it be removed so that a single click opens the menu?

Thanks in anticipation for your kind support.

    Hi herbyone,

    1. The problem is you are currently showing a horizontal menu and squeezing it into a narrow container, forcing the items to be on their own rows (whereas the plugin expects to be displayed as a horizontal menu along the top of a page with the items side by side). Instead, you need to use a vertical menu which will show the items one above the other, there are free plugins available that can do this or we also have this option in Pro.
    2. Please see above as this is the same issue
    3. Please go to Mega Menu > Menu Themes > Mobile Menu and enable the ‘Disable mobile toggle bar’ option.

Many thanks for the quick response Tom. I am in testing phase and if need be, shall opt for the pro version. As for the “mobile toggle bar”, if I disable it, I loose the menu style that comes with it, which is what I require. I was just hoping if the a single click could activate the menu without the toggle bar?

    Hi herbyone,

I see you now have the Pro version installed (thanks), please get in touch through https://www.megamenu.com/support/ and we’ll help you there. (We check Pro tickets a lot more often than the free support section).

    Regards,

    Hello Tom

I have taken the Pro version from a developer friend for testing purpose only. if it serves my purpose, I shall consider buying my own. Therefore, please help me to achieve the desired result.

Currently I am facing 2 issues.

    1. in desktop mode: If I enable vertical orientation, the menu goes haywire and opens towards left. Accordion does the job but I would prefer vertical.
    2. in mobile mode: I would like to show the categories on single click, without the 2nd clink on mobile toggle bar. but keeping the menu style intact.
