fade in first slide

    Hi, I love the simplicity of the plugin, thanks for making it!

    Would it be possible to fade in the first image? Instead of it loading bit by bit, I am noticing it only on the first image, because the slider image is 1000px or more wide.

    Or even don’t show it at all until its loaded?
