Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
That site is not using the 2013 theme and has multiple active plugins. Can we see the site using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all other plugins deactivated?

does the issue still persist when you tried uploading using the default theme and all plugins deactivated? Have you tried looking on the error logs?

it should be available on the root directory of your wordpress
Actually it varies from hosts to hosts. Your current hosts should be able to assist you with accessing your site’s error logs.
so the problem not on wordpress?
We really can’t tell, but since you already deactivated all the plugin and used the default theme. Most probably it’s with the host, are you sure you didn’t did anything, changed anything?
