Today the backup is not working anymore. It’ stays on “loading”. Normaly I use it on a few sites and it’s working always great. I’ve already re-install it and even so using the latest update.

Please set the following:
- Go to “Other options” section
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save “Other options” section
Once done, try it out by running new backup.

Please open a separate support ticket for the issue that happened on your website and apart from short description, please also provide a debug code for it, by navigating: Troubleshooting > Check advanced options > Share debug infos.
As we haven’t heard any feedback recently, I can assume that you resolved the issue.
