Hello @arnebarker
Your backup returned error “[ERROR] [2023-04-08 13:36:07] Error message: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded”, so please make sure that this is increased on your server.
Also, please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:
- Go to “Other options” section
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Change backup method (optional): https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
- Save “Other options” section
- Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
Once you do that, try to run your backup process again.
Let me know if that worked for you 🙂
Thank you!
As we haven’t heard any feedback recently, I can assume that you resolved the issue.
Feel free to open a new topic if I am wrong!
Thank you 🙂
Thanks for your help, none of the above helped. However it is all resolved now, two things needed attention:
1. Elementor latest plugin version was the main culprit slowing the whole system down to struggling to load anything, disabled all plugings and re-enabled one at a time and found Elementor was the cause. So rolled back two versions and it has helped the system run normally.
2. Once Elementor was fixed, then the Backup was complaining about backup size, so to fix this, I needed to upgrade to Backup Migration Pro.
The backups are 507MB.
Everything is working perfectly now.
