    We do provide German support on chats or e-mail but unfortunately I don’t speak German 🙁

    Your issue is caused by low execution time which is set to custom 113 seconds of limit.

    Please find a way to edit your php.ini configuration and set the max_execution_time limit to at least 300 seconds.

    That should resolve the issue 🙂
