Failed: Ended unexpectedly

I’m new to using the plugin, and this has never happened to me with other websites: ‘Failed: Ended unexpectedly. Probably, there is not enough memory or it was externally terminated.’ I was thinking that maybe it’s the hosting since it’s shared hosting, and maybe switching to a VPS would be better. What do you recommend? (website for a client)
