    Hi,

    When a payment is made through paypal, the transaction goes through but we keep getting a failed IPN message see below, it says the emails dont match but they do. This is affecting our inventory only as the transactions do go through. Any help in resolving this error would be much appreciated.

    can you double check that there are no spaces before/after the email address you entered via eShop. Also double check what is sent back from Paypal, is the correct email showing amongst all the details of the transaction?

    yes the email is correct on both ends

    and in the details of the transaction sent to you by eShop?
