Failed Network during downloading

I can’t download my backups made with the Backwpup plugin. Each time I get a “network error” message. I tried with several browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and incognito mode. Always the same problem. Does anyone have a solution? I tried do download file from FTP but I can do it only using Filezilla. There is maybe other solution to download it?
