• My website is using the Woocommerce Paypal Payments plugin. A customer has reported that an order is failing to go through at the payment stage. Any ideas what could be causing this please?

    Firstly, we would need steps to reproduce it and more information.

    I did notice a problem on the checkout page: the payment methods appear greyed out and are displayed beneath a loading overlay (blockUI), which may indicate a JS error, plugin conflict, or theme-related issue. Could you please check whether you are able to reproduce this behavior yourself?

    If so, I recommend performing a full conflict test to rule out any compatibility problems with your theme or other plugins:

    1. Temporarily switch to the Storefront theme.
    2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Payments.
    3. Test the checkout process again.
    4. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one at a time and test after each activation to identify the conflicting plugin.

    If the issue persists even with only WooCommerce, WooCommerce PayPal Payments, and Storefront active, please let us know.

    Yes I can see what you mean. I have troubleshooted this with Storefront as the active theme, and only Woocoomerce and Woocommerce PayPal Payments active and am still experiencing the same problem.

    Any advice on where to go from here please?

    It’s happening to me as well.

    In checkout out, PayPal is my default method, I see a loading spinner that never ends.

    Only if I try reloading the page the issue get fixed.
