Failed orders

    Plugin version: 3.1.2

    After we updated to this last version, we started to get a lot of failed orders. In order notes I see this: “Payment provider declined the payment, please use a different payment method. OrderEndpoint.php:239 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.” Some orders seem to be good, so I’m not sure whats the difference between them. Any ideas?

    The behavior you’re seeing is likely caused by fraudulent attempts. This issue is known and can be fully mitigated. We are preparing an update to the plugin that will prevent these types of problems. In the meantime, we have an additional package with extra layers to help block fraudulent attempts.
