Failed orders

I’m getting random failed orders at the payment page.
Is there someone who can log on securely and let me know what is going on?

It’s happened several times over the past few days, and it seems like this is the gist (the following is from a guest)
I am trying to book through your website and am experiencing difficulties. When I put my card information in and hit book, it takes me to the top of the page and does not run through.
After I enter my credit card, I hit book now and it takes me to the top of the page and does not load.
