    Hello,

    I have monthly payment on my website with subscriptions.
    When a payment fails it tries again for five times.It is the normal process.
    The order is “failed” and the subscription is “pending”.

    1) When the last try is done and the payment did not work, what happens ? Does the subscription automatically get canceled or is still pending ?

    2) What I want to do is : send and email to the admin when the last try has been done and the subscription is (hopefully automatically) canceled.

    Could you help me achieve that ?

    1. Yes when the payment is failed till the last time, then the subscription is automatically canceled.

    2. Currently this thing is not possible, for more details you can connect with our support team, they will check this and update you accordingly.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your quick answer.

    So there is something I still don’t understand.
    The last failed payment was on 21st of june. But the subscription changed status from “pending” to “canceled” on the 30 of August.
    And it says in the BO “subscription cancelled by customer from their account page”.
    So is it really automatically canceled ?

    Payment are monthly so it could not have been working until then.

    Hi,

    This may happen because of the renewal orders, as it will not cancel the whole subscription order if there is a recurring ahead waiting ahead to happen in the next month.
