    I’ve implemented the Paypal checkout field and tested with sandbox (successful). However when switched to live mode, I’m getting a failed transaction message on the form (Transaction could not be completed or something along those lines). When I check my Paypal dev dashboard, i see that the API response was successful however, and more so that the card was indeed actually charged successfully. I realize that I do not see any record of the actual payment in my PayPal account which I’m in the process of consulting PayPal customer support about but in the meantime I think there is an issue between the field and PayPal completing the order successfully.

    Hope you are doing well today!

    I was able to replicate the issue to some extent, by that I mean that I wasn’t able to test it on Live but did a test on Sandbox environment first after importing the form and the Payment wasn’t being processed even on the sandbox mode.

    I made a quick test by creating a fresh form and adding the Paypal field, and it worked fine on the Sandbox mode. To confirm if re-adding the field helps on your form, I removed the existing PayPal field and readded it with the same settings – and it worked fine.

    Could you please try to remove and re-add the PayPal field and check if it works for you?

    Please let us know how it goes so that we can troubleshoot further. Also, if possible share the screenshot of the error that you notice on the form in case it fails.
