It seems to have restored the plugins and themes as they are listed but then stopped there…

In first place make sure you have included database in the backup, on the website where you created the backup in first section double check that database is selected for backup. Otherwise it won’t be restored as well as plugin settings and posts/pages.
Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:
- Download latest beta version of our plugin
– https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-betas/backup-backup-1.2.9.3.zip
- Install above beta version and activate, then go to our plugin settings
- Go to “Other options” section
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save “Other options” section
- Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
Once you do that, try to run your migration process using the same URL or file.
