Hi @vernonkr
Seems like there is some kind of SSL issue on the website where you created the backup, I would recommend you to try alternate download method but if that won’t help you will need to manually upload backup file to the website where you want to restore it.
Please carefully follow the steps below for each site.
On the site where you made the backup:
- Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
- Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
- Save that section
– No need to make new backup
Now, go to the site where you want to restore your backup:
- Open “Other options” section as well
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save that section
- Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
- Try to run the migration again with the same URL
If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.
You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.
Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.
Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
Thank you 🙂
