Hi guys, I already uploaded the backup file Via File Manager and stored it inside the backups folder.

It can be detected locally, but once the restore is finished, it’s failed.

    Here’s the debug code: BMI-8PEOAmtA-17938

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @michaelsmith1123

The restoration failed most likely due to request rate limit, it’s very rare issue as site administrator/owner should not have such limits.

Please, try to find in your hosting provider dashboard any section which has in name “rate limits”, “firewall” or “request limiting”. If you have access to cPanel go to web server configuration and find mod_ratelimit, set the limit to any higher value.

Disable firewall for the moment of migration as it may cause the same issue when configured wrongly.

I also recommend you to try the restoration on sandbox, you can create one by clicking here: https://demo.tastewp.com/bmi

Let me know if you can find mentioned settings and if they resolve the issue 🙂
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you 🙂
