Failed To Find Pharm Hack

I installed your plugin and ran the initial Sync/Scan and it did not find this Pharm Hack I know exists on the site because it is in the site’s php.error.log.
Deactivated plugin and reactivated it and it scanned again with the same results.

Also, only 3 out of 26 tables were synced.
Why did the plugin not find this hack?
