Hi I see an error message that says

Failed to construct ‘URL’: Invalid URL

after the generate critical css section in jetpack boost.

Ive tried it without WP Supercache plugin and checked the settings section too, to check if our website was https not http redirection.

What could be our problem in this case?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.

I checked your URL and it seems to be working okay as far as the HHTTP>HTTPS redirection and the SSL certificate are concerned.

Jetpack Boost uses an automatic internal mechanism in order to verify the page for the creation of Critical CSS. When it fails to find the proper identification on the page it will fail and display the type of error reported.

It seems the issue may be caused by a plugin or the theme that might be conflicting with Jetpack Boost.

You can actually use the Health Check plugin to do some troubleshooting here. Health Check is a tool that can be useful for debugging, though it does require an official default theme like Twenty Twenty to be installed as well:

    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
    https://en-gb.ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/twentytwenty/

Once you’ve installed and activated the plugin, you can go to *Dashboard* → *Health Check* to see various details about your site and server. Select the *Troubleshooting* tab and then click **Enable Troubleshooting** to automatically disable all plugins and add a new *Troubleshooting Menu* item in the toolbar at the top of the wp-admin dashboard.

From here, you can enable and disable plugins and change the theme for you, but without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Could you try to use the Health Check plugin to enable only Jetpack and then run that test again? If those errors are clear, then we’ll know that a conflict with another plugin is causing this.

You can then enable each plugin one at a time and try to replicate the error after each attempt.

If you can’t find a plugin, it may be the theme. Would you please try to switch the theme to one of the defaults to see if that helps?

Lastly, in case you’re using Cloudflare you can make sure that you’ve followed the following guides, which outline the proper setup for Jetpack and Cloudflare:

    https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/configure-jetpack-cloudflare/
    https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/218377098-WordPress-JetPack-and-Cloudflare

Hope that’s all clear! Let me know what you find out and we’ll take it from there if necessary.

Hi I’m getting errors with Boost

    Failed to load Speed Scores
HTTP 521 error received while communicating with the server.

The errors change but the have never been able to get boost to work. I started a support thread with Jetpack. They said to mention “4935871-zen” so that if required, you can check the previous emails while helping me in the Jetpack Boost forum.

    Hello,

Since the issue is being handled via the support site, I am closing this thread.
