    when click import demo all have done import without image. see screenshot -> https://prnt.sc/nkzf5y

    I’ve try to lots of time export again and import again there have seen same problem..

    Hi,

    There could be different problems behind this, from server issues to issues in configuration. If you bought a premium theme I recommend reaching out to the theme support.
