Failed to initialize or activate importer plugin

    Hello, I’m trying to install the starter site Shop and I get this message before it starts to load:

    Failed to initialize or activate importer plugin.

    I have https connection which I’ve read could be a problem if you don’t have. What could be the issue here? Thanks!

    Hi,

    This looks like the required plugins were not able to be installed on your site.

    Please try to install and activate these plugins first from Dashboard > Plugins > Add New: WooCommerce, Elementor, and Sydney Toolbox. Then try importing the demo.
