    Seeing the error message
    “Failed to initialize plugin: wpInsertPages” on the Dashboard after logging in.
    Nevertheless, it appears to be working.

    Any suggestions?

    Are you possibly using the DIVI theme?

    If not, please let us know some other details about your environment. We haven’t seen this issue in any of our installs.

    @twd How did you manage to resolve this issue? I am using the Chromium Auto Parts theme and seeing the same thing over and over: “Failed to initialize plugin: wpInsertPages”. Any help, from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

    I’m unable to test because your theme isn’t open source. If you have access to detailed server error logs though, please provide them and we’ll try to investigate further.

    It may be related to some Gutenberg changes, so test the new version when it gets released (there are some fixes included).
