Failed to insert the shortcodes

    Hello:
    For two days I have not been able to insert the shortcodes when I click the “quick insert” button or when I click the “insert shortcode” button. I can only insert them when I copy and paste the shortcode

    I need to look the browse console to look at the errors.

    Can you please click the “quick insert” button and press Ctrl+Shift+J and share a screenshot of the console which pops up ?

    Marking this is as resolved as the JS errors should be of other plugins installed.
