Im getting the following message using the plugin with a rtl language:

Failed to load content css: http://www.aaaa.com/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_gallery_display/static/fontawesome/font-awesome.min-rtl.css

@regevlio – We do not specifically include that file with NextGEN Gallery. That being the case I cannot say how it is being called on your site.
