    Clicking the link it says I need a paid package, so how can I stop this from being added to my site without a paid package please?

    It looks like a paid widget is currently embedded on your site, which still be in the 7-day trial period.

    If you’d like to use the widget for free, I recommend switching to the free WordPress plugin and using the following shortcode:

    [trustindex no-registration=google]

    Please note that the free widget does not include rich snippets; this feature is only available in the paid packages.

    Yes, the 404 error should disappear with the Paid package.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
    We will work on resolving it to ensure the 404 error doesn’t occur during the Trial period either.
