You are having an issue with jetpack. Go to the dashboard, installed plugins and if jetpack is there, deactivate it and delete it. Check your plugins folder with ftp or from your hosted site to make sure it is gone.
Then reinstall it.
ive done that, it didnt to fix anything. 🙁
Look at the url in your image. That is not correct.
the site url is http://www.lividhatter.com and in the wordpress genereal settings under WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) i have entered http://www.lividhatter.com
is that incorrect?
I am looking at the url in the source code. That is what this post, http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/can-not-drag-and-drop?replies=5 mentioned also.
I think the user plugin is not properly configured. Support for that is at http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/user-access-manager
