Failed to Open Stream

    So, I’m trying to upload a new WordPress site, but when I get to the step of installing, I’m hit with this error message:

    Warning: require(/var/www/html/ma/mathersinstallations.com/wp-includes/shortcodes.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/ma/mathersinstallations.com/wp-settings.php on line 138

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/var/www/html/ma/mathersinstallations.com/wp-includes/shortcodes.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear’) in /var/www/html/ma/mathersinstallations.com/wp-settings.php on line 138

    Is anyone familiar with this?
