failed to open stream

    Hi all. Newbie to WP here. When I try to install and activate the theme I purchased (Sound Wave), I just get a page of errors. Example of such error below:

    Warning: include(includes/widgets/widget-soundcloud.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/19/3/144/29/3633192/user/4042314/htdocs/test2/wp-content/themes/THEME/functions.php on line 29

    Any idea what I’m doing wrong?? Explaining it to me like I’m a child is appreciated, lol. I’m a newbie 🙂

    If you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
