    Hello @rabbitwordpress

To learn more about these orders, we would be interested in your plugin log files. These log files are only written when “Logging” is enabled in the plugin settings.
If enabled, then every transaction will create a log entry that can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

If “Logging” was not yet enabled, could you please enable it and then try to create an order so that the error message is saved?

You can share it either here in the forums or privately with us from here:
    https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
If you send a private message, please include a link to this thread.

    Regards,
    Femi.

    Hi @femiyb

    Thanks for your reply.

I was unable to send the log privately on the link above, there was no form or method to do so.

    Hi Femi,

I have opened a ticket now. I was unable to upload the entire system report for woocommerce-paypal-payments because in exceed the number of characters, please see attached.

We have had more customers reporting issues checking out with PayPal today.

    Thanks
    Warren

Did you resolve this @rabbitwordpress ? We seem to be having a similar issue.

    (@rabbitwordpress)

Hi @monomatic , sadly not, we couldn’t wait and had to switch to the webToffee plugin instead.

We are also experiencing this same issue. Payment processing was working. Then it seems after 12:00AM last night all orders started to fail with this same message.

Also, a customer had contacted us saying her credit card record showed the transaction was successful, but nothing is showing on PayPal. This is not good. And need to a clear fix.

    Hello @midpath and @rabbitwordpress

My apology that we didn’t get to resolving this issue. If you still want us to take a closer look at this, we would really need to have the system report and logs available to us. Without those details, we can only guess about the cause of this issue.

I would advise you to open a ticket with our service desk, so you can share these details privately. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well)

Since this thread has been left alone for over a month, I will mark it as resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
