Failed to Upload

    Hello,

    Could someone help me out? I have installed the plugin with a max file upload of 10 mb and several different document types that are allowed to be accepted. However, the upload does not work and it refuses almost all files, there is no message that the file type is not valid or that the size of the file / files is too much. Anyone any idea?

    Hello @renzeh ,

    I tried to upload 3 files on your site and it seems fine, I cannot replicate the issue.

    Can you send a screenshot of the error? Also try to upload the files in your WordPress media library (Dashboard -> Media -> Add New) and see if there’s any issue.

    Hello @glenwpcoder ,

    Thank you for looking into it! After taking a closer look, I noticed that the maximum upload size was set at 2 MB, which is why many of my files were rejected. The problem has therefore been solved.
