Failed to verify web mastertools

I’ve been searching for solution on how to verify my site in webmaster tools. I’m already siting so long watching videos on how to do the web master tolls verification.

I have tried adding the meta tags in wordpress plug in Yoast SEO and save changes, then also click verify in webmaster but it just say:
We weren’t able to verify your property.
We couldn’t find the verification meta tag.
I also try the other method by adding the meta tag in header editor. but still came out with the same result.

If someone can help, I would be much appreciated
