failed update to 3.5.2

Hi, I tried to use automatic update, I got this error:
Warning: require_once(/home/vhosts/www…..tk/wp-content/upgrade/version-current.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/vhosts/www…..tk/wp-admin/includes/update-core.php on line 642

here it is how it looks:

I used cpanel file manager and deleted wp-admin and wp-includes and I upload new folders but when I visit my wordpress admin interface, it is still written it should be updated: You are using WordPress 3.5.1

I tried to update plugin akismet, from wordpress admin interface, it is written: Akismet updated successfully
but when I later visit dashboard it is written it should be updated.
